For 2009 season Barfold Olives was hit by the Febuary 7th fires, destroying all estate olives on the trees for the pending seasons Estate Oil. From this we managed to source quality olives from the trees of two regular regional olive groves and a handful of smaller growers to produce a distinctive Extra Virigin Olive Oil with fresh grassy flavours with hint of fruitiness and aroma's. The James Selection being used as the base oil to our selection of infused oils to satisfy any discernable food lover.
