RAPANELLI RETURNS TO BARFOLD OLIVES 2010 SEASON. As part of the recovery from the Feb 7th 2009 Redesdale bushfires, Barfold Olives decided to re-instate the processing facility to provide processing of olives for Extra Virgin Olive Oil for internal product and contracting for the small to medium grower.
The facility is fully insulated with flush surfaces to ensure a hygienic and a safe working environment. All equipment coming in contact with the product is of food-grade stainless steel or plastics.
The plant includes a separate temperature controlled bottling area for small scale bottling runs (400-500bottles/hr).
Due to the fantastic reliability, oil quality and customer response we have decided to go with a new Rapanelli processing plant provided by JB MacMahon similar to previously installed as a primary processor. The new plant offering and increase in capacity from 400kg/hr to approximately 600kg/hr plus, dependent on quality of olives.
